The house was excellent, just like the photos!!!comfortable, warm because we went on New Year's Eve, spotless, with all the comforts!!! A little far from the center but a good opportunity for walking!!!! We parked and took the car when we left!!!after all where to park in the center!!!

Amazing House!
Kelly's house was amazing. The equipment, the way it is furnished were just to feel good. Cozy bathrobes, organic beauticians, beautiful furniture and the view from the cozy terrace make a holiday something very special. We were also very grateful that Kelly took such care of us - we even got the tip of where to see the tennis finals in town. We will definitely be back - this place is an insider tip - don't tell anyone;)

The view from the terrace is amazing!
Fragoseco was absolutely perfect! Beautiful house, equipped with everything you could possibly need (a yoga mat, picnic blanket, beach towels, kitchen supplies etc.). The view from the terrace is amazing and never gets boring. Kelly was a great host, providing us with recommendations whenever we needed them. Check in was also very smooth.

A unique place of perfection and tranquility!
Kelly waited for us despite our late arrival time. She accompanied us to the house and showed us around. The house is ideally situated with a magnificent sea/village view. Recently renovated with great care and perfectly equipped, it really is an exceptional house in a beautiful village. There are two tavernas a stone's throw away in the village square. Everything is perfect!

We enjoyed it very much and extended our planned vacation there!
Fragoseco is a beautiful place. We were blown away when we arrived. It is so stylishly decorated - high quality materials are professionally finished and the colors that run throughout the house give a very positive feel. The modern equipped house leaves nothing to be desired. Cozy bathrobes, healthy basic equipment in the well-equipped kitchen, good coffee, cozy blankets and the yoga mat is also ready for your morning practice;) Everything is lovingly thought out down to the smallest detail - and everything is explained wonderfully - it is also practical that we were able to use the washing machine. Kelly, our hostess, took such good care of us that she was very nice and helpful with tips on what to see on this beautiful island. We enjoyed the house, the sunrises on the terrace and the time on the very special island in general. If you want to spend a very special holiday, ask Kelly. We enjoyed it very much and extended our planned vacation there.

Staying at Fragoseco creates such sweet memories!
I totally loved our four days at Fragoseco at the end of October. The house is as much as eco friendly, luxurious and comfortable as it should be in order to make the guests feel at home but at the same time allow them to experience the local hospitality culture and really get to know this volcanic gem island named Nisyros. Fragoseco is very clean, modern, elegant with good quality finishes incl linen and amazing smelling bathroom products! Everything there is absolutely thought out. The view and the balcony is breathtaking and we were really in a dilemma if we should stay to enjoy the nisyrian homy atmosphere or to leave for a great swim in the volcanic landscape. I would never forget the brunch we had on Sunday looking at the blue sea and smelling all the greek herbs enjoying the last days of October. Kelly has been beyond helpful over the journey; She provide us all the great tips of how to experience the unique nature of Nisyros and visit all landmarks. Fragoseco is just up the hill from the main road that ends to Emporios village. We found very small tavernas two min away from Fragoseco with traditional delicatessen and an amazing atmosphere. It felt like being in a movie setting back in the 60's where everything were pure easy and authentic as it should be. We loved our stay and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending others. I would definitely say Fragoseco and Nisyros is a destination for all year round. Not only Summer. Visiting Nisyros and staying at Fragoseco creates such sweet memories like the times we received travel postcards.

How wonderful property for holiday!
It is hard to describe in a short blurb precisely how fantastic Kelly was as a host and how wonderful her property is for holiday. To begin, Kelly was instrumental in ensuring our arrival to the island of Nisyros was smooth. Unfortunately the day that we arrived in Kos there were no ferries available, but Kelly was able to arrange a private transfer that dropped our party off at the port where her colleagues were waiting for us. They transported luggage, organized rental cars, and showed us to the property. The home itself is beautiful: clean, comfortable, and located directly in the center of the old village on the hill. Our party was also interested in spending a day on the boat as well as catering services which she was more than happy to help organize. Kelly is a wonderful host—attentive to the needs of her clients and always available. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous stay!
We had a fabulous stay at Fragoseco. It had absolutely everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Emporios is the best spot in Nisyros with stunning views of the ocean and volcanic crater plus it manages to escape visits by day tourists. Nearby restaurants are the best on the island. Fragoseco is well situated with great views and the best sunrises. It really is special. Kelly goes the extra mile with special treats in the kitchen and amenities such as sunscreen, quality toiletries and face masks which were a nice surprise! Kelly was great to communicate with and made sure we were organised with travel to and from Nisyros and had contacts to easily organise a scooter/car for our stay. I can’t wait to stay again and I highly recommend you stay at Fragoseco.

A lovely luxury flat with everything you needed and more!
Very clean. Friendly host. Beautiful large and modern flat. 2 very large terraces so choice of sun or shade. Right in the middle of the busy city but because it is on the 6th floor surprisingly quiet (lift available). Private parking. Extensive range of equipment to do the laundry but also in the kitchen in the form of nespresso machine toaster juicer etc and even a portable music speaker. Luxurious shower products and soap for the washing machine and dishwasher. There was water fruit wine beer coffee cups tea chocolate and nuts ready to go. It was just a lovely luxury flat with everything you needed and more!
